What a great time it is to be a pricey smartphone lover! The market is full of options with many leading smartphone manufacturers focusing on India. In 2019, we have already seen a number of exciting smartphones like Honor View20, OnePlus 7, OnePlus 7 Pro, Redmi Note 7 Pro, Oppo Reno series, among others arriving to the country. Tech giant Google too announced its affordable line up of Pixel smartphones - Google Pixel 3a and Google Pixel 3a XL - launching both the devices globally. As a result, the company has decided to cut the prices of its previous models.

But, instead of passing on a minor discount to the customers, Google has reduced the prices of its old smartphones by a massive margin. The Google Pixel 3 and the Google Pixel 3 XL which were launched in the Q4 of 2018 have received a whopping price cut of up to Rs 28,000 in India. Both the smartphones are available on e-commerce giant Flipkart with the revised prices.

Google Pixel 3, Pixel 3XL features and specifications

The Google Pixel 3 sports a while the Pixel 3 XL features a 6 inch display with a wide notch up top. Both the smartphones are powered by the Snapdragon 845 SoC which consists of an Octa Core CPU and Adreno 630 GPU. The smartphones come with a rear mounted fingerprint sensor along with support for the traditional pattern lock.

The smartphones feature a 12.2 MP rear facing camera and dual 8 MP + 8 MP front facing cameras. Connectivity options on the two devices include 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 ac 2.4G + 5G, Bluetooth 5 .0, NFC, GPS and bottom mounted USB Type-C port. The Google Pixel 3XL is powered by a 3430 mAh battery while the regular Pixel 3 comes with a 2915 mAh battery.
