Google Nest Hub 2nd Gen now available in India at Rs 7,999: Check availability, color options and more
According to Google, the new Nest Hubs speaker is based on the same audio technology as Nest Audio, and has 50 per cent more bass than the original Nest Hub.
Google's second-generation Nest Hub is available in India from today and is priced at Rs 7,999. Available in Chalk and Charcoal colours to complement any room in your home, the Nest Hub 2nd Gen will be up for sale at Flipkart, Tata Cliq, and Reliance Digital, with more to come later, the company said.
According to Google, the new Nest Hub’s speaker is based on the same audio technology as Nest Audio, and has 50 per cent more bass than the original Nest Hub. "And with an additional mic, it hears you better than ever, resulting in a more responsive Google Assistant."

The new Nest Hub can fill any room with music from services like YouTube Music, Spotify, Apple Music, Gaana and JioSavvn. It can also play movies, videos and TV shows with a subscription from providers like Netflix, and YouTube Premium. With YouTube, ask Google to find how-to videos on just about anything, including recipes with step-by-step instructions on screen. Multi-room control makes it possible to dynamically group multiple cast-enabled Nest devices – such as speakers, Smart Displays, Chromecasts – directly on your Nest Hub.
"Nest Hub is a convenient place to control your smart home – it works with hundreds of compatible devices. It helps keep the family coordinated and connected, from creating reminders and to-dos to using the broadcast feature across Nest speakers and display around the house, to making voice calls with Google Duo. Nest Hub will work with the new connectivity standard – Matter – being created by the Connectivity Standards Alliance, making it even simpler to control a connected home," the tech giant said in a statement.
The Nest Hub 2nd Gen features an edgeless glass display that’s easy to clean and functions as a beautiful digital photo frame. And continuing Google’s commitment to sustainability, Nest Hub 2nd Gen is designed with recycled materials with its plastic mechanical parts containing 54 percent recycled post-consumer plastic.
