HMD Global has finally launched its latest Nokia X series smartphone on Wednesday in an event Beijing, China. The first phone to enter in this series is Nokia X6. It packs a display notch that embraces the front camera, earpiece and the proximity sensor. After the launch in China, one can expect the phone to reach India soon. Nokia X6 is one of the most awaited smartphones.The phone will come in three variants and that too at affordable rates.

According to NDTV Gadgets 360, the Nokia X6 price starts at CNY 1,299 (roughly Rs 13,800) for the 4GB RAM, 32GB storage variant, going up to CNY 1,499 (roughly Rs. 16,000) for the 4GB RAM, 64GB storage variant, while the 6GB RAM, 64GB storage variant is priced at CNY 1,699 (roughly Rs. 18,100). In China, the phone will be available on JD.com, Suning.com, and Tmall.com, with reservations opening today.

As per the reports, Nokia X6 is powered by a 5.8-inch full-HD+ (1080x2280 pixels) display with 2.5D Gorilla Glass 3 for protection, and also octa-core Snapdragon 636 SoC, coupled with either 4GB or 6GB of RAM. It will run on Android 8.1 Oreo having a  battery life of 3060mAh which will be coupled with an 18W charger, This charger has the capability to deliver up to 50% of charge in 30 minutes, thanks to Quick Charge 3.0.

As for camera, the phone will have 16-megapixel sensor and a secondary 5-megapixel monochrome sensor in primary camera, and 16-megapixel camera as front camera. 

The three variants feature 32GB of 64GB of inbuilt storage, which can be expandable via microSD card up to 256GB storage.

The smartphone also has connectivity options like 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth v5.0, GPS/ A-GPS, a 3.5mm headphone jack, and a USB Type-C port. Apart from this, sensors like accelerometer, ambient light sensor, digital compass, gyroscope, and proximity sensor are also available.
