Asus has announced thar its latest gaming smartphone, Asus ROG Phone II is now available in India with a 12GB RAM option. The new model also offers 512GB of internal storage. The smartphone was launched earlier this year in two variants - 8GB RAM and 12GB RAM - with the former going on sale soon after the launch. The 8GB model of the phone was priced at Rs 37,999. The 12GB model comes with 30 Watt Hyper Charge Fast ROG charger and higher cooling efficiency with Aero Active Cooler II inside the box.

If purchased separately, these cost Rs 3999 and Rs 1999 respectively. Also, both these accessories were not available with the 8GB model. The new model is also claimed to come with redesigned fan blades that deliver even more airflow into the ROG Aerodynamic System, and which can fit over the bundled ROG Phone Aero Case. The latest variant of ROG Phone II will be available on Flipkart starting December 11, 2019.

Asus ROG Phone II specs

Asus ROG Phone uses Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 Plus processor and packs a massive 6,000mAh battery with 30W fast charger that delivers long hours of game time. It has dual front-facing speakers, dual Type-C USB ports with side charging option and Air Triggers. For optics, the smartphone comes with similar setup that was used on Asus 6Z. However, the camera is not controlled by a motor here. The dual rear camera setup includes 48 MP primary sensor and 13 MP secondary sensor. On the front, you get a 24 MP selfie camera.
