Ready for the new iPhone models? Apple is expected to launch as many as four new iPhone models with significant features in 2020 to boost its sale, a report of J.P. Morgan Chase, an American multinational investment bank and financial services company, said.

According to an IANS report, the tech giant is expected to launch three iPhones with OLED screens, with display sizes of 5.4-inch, 6.1-inch, and 6.7-inch. The devices are also expected to have 5G connectivity and advanced 3D sensing camera technology. While the fourth iPhone is expected to come as an iPhone 8-like design without 5G connectivity or OLED panel, the report mentioned.

The upgrades in the iPhone models are to reinstate sales growth of iPhone company. These lineups would help the company to sell 195 million units in 2020, more than an estimated 180 million in 2019, the report of J.P. Morgan Chase said. 

Also, the report added that Apple will have its own 5G modem ready by 2022-23. It would reduce the companies' dependence on Qualcomm.

The report also hypothesis that the upcoming iPhone XR 2 is expected to come with Apple`s A13 processor made with a second generation 7nm process that would increase battery performance, which will offer a longer battery life as compared to the iPhone XR's 2,942 mAh battery.

On the other hand, the tech analyst Ming-Chi Kuo said that Apple is planning to upgrade the camera resolution and set-up in its 2019 line-up. He said that the front camera is expected to be upgraded from 7MP to 12MP  and a triple-camera set-up would be installed in the 6.5-inch and 5.8-inch OLED iPhones, along with a new super-wide 12MP lens.
