Vivo Y01 price in India: Global technology brand Vivo on Monday announced the launch of its new budget smartphone in India -- Vivo Y01. According to the company, the smartphone offers reverse charging, a massive 5,000mAh battery and HD+ display.

Priced at INR 8,999 the new Vivo Y01 will be available in two vibrant colors – Elegant Black and Sapphire Blue on vivo India E-Store and across all partner retail stores.

Vivo Y01 comes with 6.51″ HD+ Halo Full View Display (with Eye Protection Mode) for the best viewing, content streaming, video calling and gaming experience. The large screen is a delight for binge watchers to enjoy their favorite movies and shows. 

Powered by MediaTek Helio P35 processor and Multi-Turbo 3.0, Y01 comes with a 2 GB RAM and 32 GB storage that ensures enhanced uninterrupted gaming time. In addition, the smartphone packs a Triple Card Slot Design and can support memory extension up to 1TB which provides plenty of space to store those cherished photos and videos. 

 Vivo Y01 has a sleek design and features a super slim 8.28 mm thin body (3D back cover) that gives it a premium look. It comes with a long-lasting 5000mAh battery that offers hours of usage without any glitch. The smartphones runs on Funtouch OS 11.1. T

According to the brand, the smartphone is equipped with Face Wake feature that helps to unlock the phone, the moment it is picked. vivo Y01 also sports a versatile camera setup, with 8MP main camera and 5 MP front camera caters to everyday shooting, with an array of features from Time-Lapse to Face Beauty. 

Like all Vivo devices, Vivo Y01 follows Vivo's commitment to 'Make in India' and is manufactured at Vivo's Greater Noida facility that employs around 10,000 men and women ensuring all vivo devices sold in India are made by fellow Indiansl, the brand noted.
