Samsung Galaxy M53 5G price in India: South Korean smartphone brand Samsung on Friday announced the launch of its new M-series smartphone --- Galaxy M53 5G in India, which comes with 108 MP Quad Camera, sAMOLED+ display with 120Hz refresh rate and more.

Available in two memory variants, Galaxy M53 5G is priced at Rs 23,999 for 6GB+128GB and Rs 25,999 for 8GB+128GB, inclusive of instant discount with ICICI Bank Cards, Samsung India said in a statement. 

The smartphone will be available in two attractive colours – Deep Ocean Blue and Mystique Green. Galaxy M53 5G will go live on sale at 12 noon on April 29 on Samsung Online Store, Amazon and leading retail outlets, the brand said.

It brings a segment-leading 108MP camera with nonna binning technology, segment-best sAMOLED+ display with 120Hz refresh rate and segment-only Auto data switching packed in a 7.4mm sleek design to allow our young consumers to easily create, consume and explore,” Aditya Babbar, Senior Director and Head, Product Marketing, Samsung India, said in a statement.

Samsung Galaxy M53 5G smartphone is likely to pack a 6.7-inch FHD+ Super AMOLED Infinity-O display that will support a 120Hz refresh rate. The handset is expected to be powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 900 SoC backed with up to 6GB RAM and 128GB internal storage.

The upcoming smartphone will house a quad-camera setup that includes 108MP primary camera, 8MP ultra-wide-angle camera, 2MP macro sensor and a 2MP depth sensor. The phone will also sport a 32MP front shooter for selfies and video calls.

The smartphone will pack a 5000mAh battery with 25W charging support and reports suggest that Samsung will not include a charger in the box. The device will run on One UI 4.2 based on Android 12 out-of-the-box.

 "Galaxy M53 5G is secured by Samsung Knox, Samsung’s defense-grade security platform, to safeguard personal information and data in real-time. With a view to protect consumer privacy, the device comes with Alt Z feature which allows users to effortlessly switch between their public and private modes with just a double click of the side button," the brand noted.
