Global technology brand Realme on Friday announced it will launch its latest budget mobile phone Realme C31 in India on March 31 during an online event. "Delivering the best performance in its segment and offering the utmost durable quality, the Realme C31 is packed with leading technologies," the company said.
 
"Realme has always directed its efforts towards bringing together the perfect mix of design and technology, and the Realme C31 will be evidence of it. The latest addition to Realme’s entry-level series will have an ultra-slim body and yet, will pack a massive battery, and the Dynamic Texture design of the phone is bound to catch the attention of people around you," the smartphone manufacturer further added.

In related news, Realme's upcoming flagship smartphones Realme GT 2 Pro and Realme GT 2 will be placed in the premium price category, Madhav Sheth, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at Realme India told Zee Business in an exclusive interview at Lakme Fashion Week.

The India launch will be on April 7, 2022. The smartphone manufacturer announced the launch date at FDCI x Lakme Fashion Week on Wednesday.

Sheth, who is also the Vice President (VP) at Realme and President at Realme International Business Group said that chip shortage around the world will not impact the production of the upcoming Realme GT 2 Pro and Realme GT smartphones in India.

Both the devices are launched in China with powerful features, including Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 Chipset, advanced metric system, and Dolby Atmos dual stereo speakers.  The company launched smartphones in Paper White, Paper Green, Steel Black, and Titanium Blue color options.

Both the devices come in up to 12 GB of RAM and up to 256 GB of internal storage. Realme GT2 Pro is priced at 749 Euro (about Rs 64,200), and Realme GT2 is available globally at 549 Euro (about Rs 46,300).

The starting price of Realme GT 2 in China is CNY 2,699 (approximately Rs. 32,300) for 8GB RAM + 128GB storage variant. Additionally, Realme GT 2 Pro was introduced with a starting price of CNY 3,899 (about Rs 46,600). No information has been revealed about their price in India yet.
