POCO C50 comes in pretty basic packaging. The box contains an adapter that supports 10W fast charging, and one micro USB charging cable - Yes! you read it right. Even I was expecting a Type C charger - and manual guide. There is no case as well but you will surely not going to complain about it because this is a budget smartphone and is available at a price of below Rs 6,500 - 2GB+32GB variant. The 3GB+32GB variant will be available at Rs 6,999.

POCO C50: Design

The smartphone will be available in two colors - Royal Blue and Country Green. The one we got as a review unit is the first one. The overall design is decent. The body is made of polycarbonate plastic and the back has a leather-like texture that feels premium. It won't get scratched easily and is obviously smudge-proof.

POCO C50 has a flat screen and curved edge at the back that makes holding the smartphone in your hand a bit comfortable.

Also, it has a fingerprint scanner at the back. On the right side of the phone is the power button along with the volume keys and you will get the SIM tray on the left.

There's a speaker at the top end of the phone and at the bottom, you will get a microphone, a charging port and a 5.3mm headphone jack.

Dimensions - 76.45 x 164.9 x 9.09 mm

Weight - 192 gm

POCO C50: Camera

POCO C50 is the new entrant in the C-series lineup and has a dual camera setup with the primary one being 8MP. To be honest, I couldn't understand the usage of the second camera. There's an LED flash as well. Talking about the front, users will get a 5MP with screen flash.

Images quality is satisfactory in daylight conditions, especially when HDR is turned on. The Selfie camera too works well and gives images with sufficient details. However, lowlight images will be not impressive and it is quite expected in the budget range.

POCO C50: Battery

POCO C50 comes with a 5,000mAh battery and it gives good backup. It is sufficient to run the device for more than one day. Depending on the usage, it can last for even two days.

POCO C50: Display

It has a 6.52-inch large display with a maximum refresh rate of 60Hz. Also, the phone has large bezels, especially at the chin.
