OnePlus has also revealed key camera features of this upcoming device. The OnePlus 10T features a triple camera system that’s headlined by the flagship 50 MP Sony IMX766 sensor with OIS and EIS support.

Accompanying the OnePlus 10T’s primary 50 MP shooter is an ultra-wide camera with a 119.9 degree field of view and a macro camera. Supported by the all-new Image Clarity Engine (ICE), the OnePlus 10T shoots with an updated algorithm that enables the device to capture photos faster and with greater levels of detail.

Further, OnePlus’ HDR 5.0 and TurboRAW algorithms, combined with the power of the Sony IMX766 sensor, bring improved overall performance when capturing images from its primary rear camera.

"The OnePlus 10T is positioned as the ultimate performance flagship phone with great imaging capabilities. The OnePlus 10T does not have a Hasselblad Camera for Mobile because we wanted to offer an ultimate performance flagship smartphone experience at the device’s chosen price point," the brand wrote in a blog post.

The OnePlus 10T is powered by Qualcomm’s latest and most powerful Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 Mobile Platform. The phone is likely to be priced around Rs 45,000 in India. However, this is just a speculation and we advise our readers to wait for an official announcement from the brand.

"The Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 is one of many reasons we’re confident the OnePlus 10T will satisfy anyone who craves ultimate performance. Naturally, we’ll have more to say about our next flagship as we move closer to its in-person launch," Lau wrote on OnePlus community post.

Also, OxygenOS 13 will launch first on the OnePlus 10 Pro, followed by the OnePlus 10T later this year.  The OnePlus 10T uses the same T nomenclature that has, since the debut of the OnePlus 3T, always represented a holistic performance upgrade.
