Motorola has launched its new mid-range smartphone – Motorola G 5G – which is also the most affordable 5G smartphone in the country now. The new smartphone is priced at Rs 19,999 and is powered by an all new Qualcomm Snapdragon 750G chipset. Before this, OnePlus Nord at Rs 24,999 was the most affordable 5G smartphone in India. The smartphone was already launched in Europe earlier this month.

The Motorola G 5G price in India has been set at Rs 19,999 for the only 6GB RAM and 128GB internal storage model. This is after including the Rs 1000 discount on HDFC bank cards. This makes it the most affordable 5G smartphone in the country. The phone will go on sale starting December 12 via Flipkart. It comes in Volcanic Grey and Frosted Silver colour options. 

Moto G 5G specifications, features 

The smartphone looks identical to Moto G9 Power with a punch-hole screen. The back panel houses a small square-like camera module. On the front, it has a 6.7-inch Full HD+ display with 394ppi pixel density. As mentioned before, the smartphone is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 750G processor coupled with 6GB of RAM and 128GB built-in storage. It also comes with a microSD card slot for storage expansion up to 1TB. 

At the back, you get a triple rear camera setup which comprises of a 48-megapixel primary sensor, an 8-megapixel wide-angle lens, and a 2-megapixel macro sensor. For selfies, Moto G 5G offers a 16-megapixel punch-hole camera. 

The smartphone packs a 5,000mAh battery with 20W TurboPower fast charging support. The smartphone also has a rear-facing fingerprint sensor. It comes with IP52 certification for dust protection.
