A recent report suggests that Pixel 7a is likely to be equipped with 8GB of RAM. The Google Pixel 7a is likely to be the successor of Pixel 6a - which offered 6GB of RAM. In terms of storage, the device will have 128 GB of storage. The smartphone is expected to come with the same thicker bezels this time too. 

Also, this budget smartphone by Google will feature an updated camera bar design. According to the leaked images, the Google Pixel 7a is expected to feature a single SIM slot and USB-C for charging.
