Taiwanese tech giant Asus's Republic of Gamers (ROG), the gaming division on Wednesday announced the sale of ROG Phone 5 Ultimate. The special edition smartphone in the ROG Phone 5 line-up comes with several exclusive experiences and with the title of being the world's first smartphone with 18GB of RAM.

ROG Phone 5 Ultimate, priced at Rs 79,999 in India, will go on sale from December 26, 2021. The sale will be exclusive to the e-commerce website Flipkart and will begin at 12 pm. Please note that ROG Phone 5 Ultimate was launched back in March this year in several international markets

"As we know, we stand at an interesting phase of apps and soon we will see a surge of super apps entering our phones, ROG Phone 5 Ultimate is prepared to give that seamless experience because of its rich specs," sharma added.

The ROG Phone 5 Ultimate is powered to win by the flagship Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 5G Mobile Platform featuring advanced 5G communications and premium Qualcomm Snapdragon Elite Gaming features. It also features the world’s first 18GB LPDDR5 RAM on a gaming smartphone, that allows for enthusiast-level android gaming experiences. The storage on the ROG Phone 5 Ultimate is a massive 512GB that is powered with UFS 3.1 class memory.

 The smartphone is equipped with a Samsung-built 144 Hz / 1 ms AMOLED HDR10+ certified display with an industry-leading 300 Hz touch sampling rate and ultra-low 24.3 ms touch latency. Latest Gorilla Glass Victus for the best-in-class scratch resistance.

Gamers can play longer with the ROG Phone 5 Ultimate thanks to the massive 6000 mAh MMT technology based battery, and the phone come with a 30-watt HyperCharge adapter that tops up the battery in the shortest possible time.

The massive feature on the ROG Phone 5 Ultimate is the still-unrivaled ‘AirTrigger 5’ control system now with additional rear touch trigger buttons for more physical control over the games, and also features 10 motion-control input gestures all available for input at the same time, all delivering console-like gaming experience.
