WhatsApp new terms and conditions will come into effect from February 8 next year. However, no official confirmations about new terms and conditions have been made so far.

WABetaInfo, the website that tracks new features and updates of WhatsApp, has shared screenshot of new terms and conditions of the free multiplatform messaging app. As per the WhatsApp new terms and conditions shared by WABetaInfo, it is clearly mentioned that if any user does not accept its new terms, he/she can delete their WhatsApp account. It showed that key updates will include more information about WhatsApp's service and how user data is processed.
