In its affidavit, the government has said that if the new privacy policy of Facebook owned WhatsApp is implemented, the dangers of misuse of the users’ data will likely increase.

The affidavit has been filed before the Delhi High Court and the central government has urged in its affidavit for directing WhatsApp to stop the implementation.
