Meta-owned popular social media platform Instagram recently announced that it will allow users to remix any video content on the app, not just short-form reels videos. The feature lets users record their reels video alongside a video from another user, as a means of interacting, reacting, collaborating or highlighting other content on the Instagram Reels platform.

Watching the community get creative and appreciating the ‘Remix’ moment on Reels, Instagram is rolling out a feature where you will be able to remix any new public video on the platform. Instagram took it to Twitter to announce the same last evening.

"We love seeing our community get creative with a Remix moment on Reels. Starting today, we are rolling out a feature where you can Remix any new public video that you see on Instagram. Videos posted prior to this launch will not be affected," Instagram wrote on Twitter.

To try out the feature, which allows you to remix the video and post it on your profile:

- Choose your favorite video on the platform

- Hit the three dots in upper right corner of eligible videos

-  You’ll see ‘Remix this video’ option there

- Tap on that option and it's ready

In related news, a new challenge is trending on the social media application - Instagram - with the name "Nationality Challenge". In this new challenge, challengers are creating reels on how they look in attires of different countries. The countries include India, Russia, U.S, Turkey, China, Kazakhstan, Japan, and many more.
