Battlegrounds Mobile India 1.5 update: Good news for the Battlegrounds Mobile India fans in India, The BGMI is getting its first major update since its launch last month.  The game developers announced that new update will be released today. The BGMI 1.5 update will pack a host of new features and improvements. Krafton has released a new BGMI video that shows the changes that BR gamers will witness with the fresh update.

The Battlegrounds Mobile India took to social media platform Facebook and wrote: "We have a bunch of new updates coming your way this July! Don’t miss out on all the new fun and action, here’s a peek at the updates."

"New weapon: MG3 / Changes: M249, Throwing Healing Consumables, Season Improvements, New Mode: Mission Ignition, Mission Ignition Theme: New Weapon, Gravity Free Motorcycle, Improvement of Settings and Glass windows," the company further said.

The upcoming BGMI update will introduce a new weapon called MG3. It uses a 7.62mm magazine that can hold up to 75 bullets with each reload. This new BGMI weapon will replace the M249 machine gun that was found in the supply airdrop crates.

The game developers already confirmed that it will roll out the new 1.5.0 update on July 13 at 7.30 pm IST. Players will need to update the app on the Google Play Store. Battlegrounds Mobile India Season 20 will start from on July 14.

“We’d like to inform you of the schedule for the distribution of July’s update version on July 13th. Update version distribution starts from July 13th (Tue) at 19:30 (IST). This is an estimated time; distribution may end early or be delayed depending on circumstances,” Krafton mentioned on the BGMI website.

The update will add a new gameplay mode called the Ignition mode. The limited mode will be witnessed in the Erangel map with six new high-tech locations that will replace popular regions of the huge map. Players will see small cities like Pochinki and Rozhok as 3D names while dropping off from the aircraft.
