Solar EPC company Prozeal Infra, AI content marketing platform Narrato, consumer-focused legal-tech platform Lawyered, and online learning platform ixamBee have raised funding from their respective investors.

Prozeal Infra gets $4 million led by Alchemie Ventures

Ahmedabad-based Solar infrastructure company Prozeal Infra Engineering Pvt Ltd has received $4 million in a Series A round of funding led by Chandrakant Gogri's family office arm Alchemie Ventures, according to a statement.

The startup was founded in 2013 by Manan Thakkar and Shobit Rai. It sets up commercial solar projects. Prozeal Infra will use the funding to scale its operations and execute developer-model projects for energy and utility companies.

Narrato receives $1 million pre-seed funding 

Artificial intelligence content marketing platform Narrato has received raised $1 million in a pre-seed funding round led by AirTree Ventures.

Other investors like TheFund, a global venture fund, and angel investors like Ruchi Kalra and Bhuvan Gupta (OfBusiness) also took part in the pre-seed round.

Narrato will use the funding to further develop and enhance its platform. It will also use the money for marketing to step into the US market.

Narrato workflow and automation features help content teams create content faster, more efficiently, and collaboratively. It was founded by Sophia Solanki in 2022.

Legaltech firm Lawyered raises $150K in pre-Series round

Gurgaon-based Lawyered – consumer-focused Legal-Tech platform has raised $150,000 in a pre-Series round of $1 million led by India Accelerator’s angel investors’ network iAngels, the company said in a statement. 

Logistics Fund India; Apoorva Vora of Finvolve, OfBusiness' Bhuvan Gupta, and Kunal Dikshit of ICICI Home Finance also took part in the round.

Lawyered was started in 2017 by Himanshu Gupta. It makes legal services accessible and affordable to every individual, entity, and business through tech-driven consumer products with a sharp focus on the mobility market (commercial and non-commercial vehicles). 

The company will use the funding to scale its technology product. Some of the funds will also be utilised for sales and marketing.  

Online learning startup ixamBee bags Rs 5 crore in pre-Series A round

Atozlearn Edutech Private Limited which runs the online learning platform ixamBee has raised Rs 5 crore in a pre-Series A funding round led by Inflection Point Ventures (IPV). Other investors like SAN Angels also participated in the round along with existing investors Mumbai Angels and Keyur Joshi of MakeMyTrip.  

ixamBee will utilise the money towards developing the tech stack, marketing, and content development.

The startup was founded in 2017 by Chandraprakash Joshi, Arunima Sinha, and Sandeep Singh. The platform helps unskilled graduates and undergraduates prepare for competitive exams for jobs in central government, banks, state governments, railways, LIC, RBI, NABARD, SEBI, and other competitive exams.
