"A crucial aspect of India’s economic ascent in the coming decade will be increasing participation of women in the workforce. A digital platform like Herkey is the need of the hour to make progress towards this goal. HerKey helps women exchange diverse knowledge, and perspectives and enables them to interact without being constrained by time and location. Neha, as founder and CEO, has done a stellar job in creating pathways for many women to come back into the workforce after a break," said, Vani Kola, founder and MD of Kalaari Capital.

HerKey, a career engagement platform, was founded by Neha Bagaria. It connects women with career champions and unlocks opportunities, learning, and communities for them in India. The company is currently serving more than 3.5 million women. HerKey has over 10,000 companies listed on its platform.

HerKey aims to become every woman's trusted professional partner by fostering progress, providing opportunities, and supporting her career path -- forward and upward.

"Herkey, (formerly JobsforHer) has accomplished remarkable feats over the years, and the launch of this new platform is evidence of its commitment and achievements in recent times," said Nidhi Ghuman, senior EVP, 360 ONE Asset.

360 ONE Asset was earlier known as IIFL Asset Management.

In the startup space, most recently, companies like student accommodation platform UniAcco, co-working space startup DevX, electric vehicle (EV) charging solutions provider Mobec Innovations, and healthcare startup Genefitletics among others raised funding.
