Loom Solar, a solar tech start-up under the Government of India’s Start-Up India initiative and a player in mono panel category, has launched efficient solar panels named Shark series. The Shark series has capacities of up to 440 W & 530 W.

“Headquartered in Faridabad, Haryana, India, Loom Solar is a solar technology start-up that continues to innovate in residential solar space. The company has been introducing products like mono solar panels; grid-connected AC Modules, shark bifacial in shark series etc,” a company statement said. 

Loom Solar has invested Rs 100 million to upgrade its manufacturing facility in Haryana to bring innovation in the Indian market, says the company.  

To meet the market demand, Loom Solar is also planning to invest in training and job opportunities for 200-plus professionals across India in the near future, it confirmed. 

Shark series by Loom Solar, comes with Pure Mono PERC solar technology - with 144 Solar cells, 9 bus bars, which makes them the most advanced technological product. The Shark series is backed by 6th Generation Monocrystalline Solar Cell (PID FREE) and has two variants - Shark 440 W– Mono PERC and Shark Bi-facial 440-530 W, the company mentioned.
