Paytm Payments Bank has partnered with the Startup Village Collective (SV.CO) to support women to join leadership roles in technology and engineering companies.
 
The company, which helps technical students mature into industry-ready developers through a guided learning framework, will mentor bright and talented women engineering students to pick up the knowledge and skills required to build software technology products.

SV.CO’s upcoming six-month programme will start enrolling women engineering students via social media and in college campuses as part of Paytm’s Women Tech Leaders programme. 

All women students selected for the SV.CO programme will get an opportunity to learn from the company’s engineering and design teams, and the company leadership team. 

The company will offer internships and opportunities for job interviews to top performers of the batch. All students will also be eligible for Rs 100,000 merit scholarship by Paytm Payments Bank.
