Once the samples reach the lab, the test results will be posted online on a secure website within 48 hours. To ensure high level of safety during the sample collection process the company has formed a special task force apart from the team collecting routine samples.

The members of this task force have undergone training for over two weeks to adhere to all the necessary safety precautions. To ensure safety of their staff and to reassure their patients who might be reluctant to allow anyone inside their homes the company has deployed special vehicles that are dedicated only for Covid-19 testing.

“Since the outbreak of the disease in India we have been very diligent towards ensuring we enter at the right time to use the largest fleet on street to scale up testing but we kept waiting to ensure that we do not hinder the essential PPE supplies which are limited in the country and also do not overload our labs with samples without having sufficient kits. As the situation demands we are ready to launch and right now have capacity of collecting over 200 samples in a day, which can be expanded to around 1500 samples. We are prepared and equipped to scale our testing to the extent necessary." said Deepak Sahni, the CEO & Founder of Healthians.

To help ease the process of online booking and create awareness about the Coronavirus the company had launched its Chatbot two weeks ago. Patients can easily book the test and also provide the necessary documentation without hassle.
