Real estate developer Squarefeet Group has announced its plan to launch India's first dedicated Millennial Housing Project that will be located opposite the Grand Central Park in Kolshet which was recently inaugurated by Maharashtra Chief Minister Eknath Shinde.

As per the builder, the Millennial Housing Project will present a five-star hotel-like setup, where residents will be able to experience culinary delights curated by professional chefs, housekeeping services and automated laundry facilities.

The project stands next to Mumbai's largest theme park — the Grand Central Park — which is spread over over 20.5 acres, with over 3,500 diverse species of trees and other amenities.
