YSR Aasara: Chief Minister Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy launched the 'YSR Asara' scheme for Self-Help Groups (SHGs) on September 11, 2019. As part of the YSR Aasara scheme, the Andhra Pradesh government has transferred Rs 6,440 crores to the accounts of eligible beneficiaries. The scheme aims to provide financial aid of Rs 2,250 per month to eligible people. The scheme is primarily targeted at providing financial assistance to widows, disabled individuals and senior citizens living below the poverty line. The women are given complete freedom in utilizing the sanctioned funds without any terms and conditions.

  • Permanent resident of Andhra Pradesh
  • Women of Self-Help Group
  • Applicant women must belong to SC / ST / BC / Minority community. 
  • Women SHG must have taken a loan prior to 11 April 2019.
  • Active mobile number

The application process for the YSR Aasara Scheme is as follows:

Step 2: Fill in all the required details in the application form.  

Step 3: Upload all the necessary documents.

Step 4: Submit the application form.

Step 5: Keep a copy of the application form for future reference.

YSR Aasara Scheme: How to check beneficiary list, application status, and payment status?

Step 1: Visit the official website - https://old.apmepma.gov.in/

Step 2: Click on the ‘Beneficiary List’ tab.

Step 3: Enter the required details such as district, Mandal, and village.

Step 4: The screen will display the list of beneficiaries.
