This SBI contactless service will help you stay at home and take care of your immediate needs. Though India's largest lender has been offering most of these services for a long time, it has reminded its customers as in what services they can avail from the bank during this covid crisis. You can reach out to bank on its toll-free numbers:  1800 112 211 or 1800 425 3800. These services can only be availed from your registered mobile number with the bank.

Balance and last 5 transactions at IVR. SBI customers can know about their balance and last 5 transactions simply by dialing the two toll free numbers mentioned above and following the instructions. In fact, all of your urgent banking needs can be taken care of through SBI toll-free numbers. Many other services could also be availed through SBI contactless feature.  

*Balance and last 5 transactions through SMS
*Request for blocking and reissuance of ATM Card
*Generation of ATM or Green Pin
*For issue of new ATM Card after blocking old SBI card
