Domestic Oil Marketing Companies (OMCs) have released oil prices for Monday, June 14. As per Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) website, the prices of petrol have been revised by 28 to 29 paise and diesel by 30 to 31 paise across the country.

Petrol and diesel prices are revised daily by OMCs, based on the average price of benchmark fuel in the international market in the preceding 15-days and foreign exchange rates. Daily price changes for petrol and diesel are effected at 6 am every day. 

As per revised rate, petrol is being retailed at Rs 96.41 per litre and diesel at RS 87.28 per litre in Delhi on Monday. In Mumbai, petrol is priced at Rs 102.58 per litre, while diesel is being sold at Rs 94.70 per litre. The prices have been increased for 25 times since May 4, when the fuel rates were hiked after a gap of 18 days.  
 

In Kolkata, petrol is at Rs 96.34 and diesel at Rs 90.12 on Monday. Similarly, In Chennai, one litre of petrol is costing Rs 97.69 and diesel Rs 91.92.
