Indian Oil has recently tweeted from its official Twitter handle about this service. The tweet said, "Need a new #Indane connection right now? Just show your #AadhaarCard and get an #LPG connection instantly! What’s more … you can even convert it to a subsidised connection once you provide the address proof!"

 

Those who need an immediate LPG connection must note that they can get it at an instant for non-subsidised LPG cylinder without the address proof. One can login to the official Indian Oil website at iocl.com or can contact one's nearest Indane distributor for the service.

One must note that later by submitting address proof later, one can convert the non-subsidised connection to subsidised connection.

This scheme is applicable on 14.2 kg and 5 kg single/ double/ mixed cylinder connections.

As per the IOCL website, the non-subsidised prices of Indane in the metro cities from August 17, 2021 for 14.2 kg cylinder are as follows:

1) Delhi - Rs 859.50

2) Kolkata - Rs 886.50

3) Mumbai - Rs 859.50

4) Chennai - Rs 875.50
