If you wish to invest less money over a longer period of time, you can do so by investing Rs 11,000 every month, or a total of Rs 26.40 lakh, for 20 years. With a projected yearly return of 12 per cent, your long-term capital gains would be Rs 83,50627, and you would get around Rs 1,09,90,627.
