HDFC Bank mobile app and website are down for the second day in a row and many customers have taken to the social media platforms to complain about the same. We tried to check the status of both the HDFC Bank mobile app and HDFC Bank internet banking facility. While the app and the website seem to work perfectly fine and allow you to switch between tabs, we too were unable to log in to the account and access bank's services. The bank had even admitted that there is a glitch which it is trying to resolve.

In a tweet on Monday, HDFC Bank had said that its experts are working to resolve the issue on top priority. However, customers continue to face trouble even 24 hours later.

But, as they tried to log in to check their account balance, they were met with a response reading: "Dear User, The NetBanking system is busy processing heavy load from currently logged in customers, request to try after some time. Thank you for your cooperation".
