The petroleum companies have hiked the price of commercial Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) cylinders by Rs 266 from Monday, November 1, 2021 onwards.

After the price hike, commercial LPG cylinders of 19 kg in Delhi will cost Rs 2,000.50 from today onwards which was costing Rs 1,734 earlier.

"LPG prices for commercial cylinders increased by Rs 266 from today onwards. Commercial cylinders of the 19 kg in Delhi will cost Rs 2000.50 from today onwards which was costing Rs 1734 earlier. No increase in domestic LPG cylinders," said news agency ANI in a tweet.

 

However, it can be noted that there is no increase in rates of domestic LPG cylinders.

 

Last month, petroleum companies increased the price of commercial LPG cylinders by Rs 43.50, effective from October 1, 2021. While, the price of the commercial LPG cylinder was increased by Rs 75 on September 1, 2021, as per a report by ANI.
