Axis Bank FD: Ahead of the Diwali 2019 festival, the Axis Bank has announced big bonanza for the Axis Bank FD customers. The private bank has increased Axis Bank FD interest rates by 10 bps for particular time-frame fixed deposits. Interestingly, the Axis Bank has increased bank fixed deposit interest rates for second time in less than a fortnight time. It had increased bank FD interest rate on September 25th also. Current, Axis Bank FD interest rate hike will be effective from 4th October 2019.

In the changed Axis Bank FD interest rate, Axis Bank FD interest rate on 3 month onwards has been increased by 10 bps. Now on Axis Bank FD on three months to six months would be 5.75 instead of 5.65 per cent. On Axis Bank FD maturing in six month to 9 month, interest rate would be now 6.25 per cent instead of 6.15 per cent. Now, Axis Bank FD customers who have invested for a time period of 9 month to 11 month 25 days would get 6.35 interest rate instead of 6.25 per cent. On Axis Bank FDs for a period above 11 month 25 days but less than one year six month, the Axis Bank FD interest rate would be 6.7 per cent instead of existing 6.6 per cent. The Axis Bank FD interest rates on period less than three month will remain same.

Axis Bank FD for 7-14 days period, interest rate will remain 3.5 per cent. Similarly, for Axis Bank FD for 15-29 days will remain 4 per cent and Axis Bank FD for 30-45 days will remain at 5.2 per cent. On Axis Bank FD on 46 days to three month interest rate will be 5.2 per cent as it was earlier.
