UMANG App has informed that users using the EPFO ​​service on the app can check their EPF balance, request for withdrawal, can view EPFO office addresses and apply for life certificate.

In order to check EPF balance on UMANG App the user will have to download the UAMNG App on his/her mobile phone. Then he/she will have to go to EPFO services, select view passbook, then provide your UAN number and enter the OTP which you will receive on the registered mobile number.

 

Here are the various categories of EPFO services available on the UMANG app:

1) Employee centric services that include view passbook, raise claim, track claim, UAN activation, UAN allotment, COVID-19 claim and Form 10 C.

2) General services that include search establishment, search EPFO office, account details on SMS and missed calls.

3) Employer centric services that include get remittance details and get TRRN status.

4) Pensioner services that include passbook, jeevan praman submission and pension payment order download.

5) Aadhaar seeding that includes e-KYC services.

6) Register and track grievance services that include register of grievance, reminder sending and viewing status and feedback.
