Keeping festival season in mind, the state government has decided to transfer funds in form of advance bonus to its Goup C and Group D employees' accounts. According to the state government's decision, Rs 18,000 will be given to Group C employees and Rs 12,000 will be given to Group D workers. 

Apparently, Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar has given his approval to a proposal in this regard, said an official notification on Wednesday. According to the notification, this advance will only be given to regular employees of the state. The disbursement of advance will be carried out in the first week of November, mentioned the official notification. This decision will benefit 2,29,631 Group C and Group D employees of the state and it will cost Rs 386.40 crore to the state exchequer. The advance will be interest free and has to be returned in 12 easy installments.  

Earlier, Madhya Pradesh government has given a gift of arrears to its 4.37 lakh employees. The MP government decided that 25% amount of third installment of 7th pay arrear will be given to its employees. This amount will be transferred in the account of employees before Diwali.

Central government employees had also received two big gifts ahead of Diwali. It has been decided to give Diwali bonus to more than 30 lakh non-gazetted employees. Apart from this, male employees (single parent) will also be entitled for Child Care Leave (CCL) under the aegis of the 7th Pay Commission linked system.
