7th Pay Commission latest news: Government jobs pay big salaries to staffers now. The amounts involved are big and therefore, the offers of employment that are now made are very lucrative and prospective candidates must take a look. The Government of NCT of Delhi has announced a vacancy for the post of General Duty Medical Officer (Homoeopathy). The job notification has been notified by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) on its official website — upsconline.nic.in. The total number of vacancies are 7. After successful completion of the recruitment process, the selected candidate will be appointed as Group "A' officer in Level-10 pay scale. The vacancy is permanent in nature but the selected candidate will have to serve one year probation period after selection. The last date to apply for the post is 10th September 2020.

7th Pay Commission Pay Scale

Selected candidates will be given Level-10 pay scale, which means the monthly salary offered is Rs 56,100 to Rs 1,77,500 plus Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA) and other 7th CPC perks.

Essential qualification

From an educational perspective, the applicant should have a Degree in Homoeopathy of a recognized University or Statutory State Board/ Council of equivalent recognized under the Homoeopathy Central Council Act, 1973 (59 of 1973) and enrolment on State Register or Central Register of Homoeopathy.

Age Limit

Not exceeding 35 years for General and EWS candidates as on the normal closing date. Not exceeding 40 years for Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes candidates as on normal closing date in respect of vacancies reserved for them. Relaxable for regularly appointed Central/ U.T. Government Servant upto Five years as per instructions/orders issued by Govt. of India from time to time.
