The NRI customers of Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance can use multiple premium payment options such as Netbanking, International Debit and Credit Cards.

Moreover, policyholders can also transfer funds from their foreign accounts via SWIFT to the insurer's account.

NRI customers can also use International Credit Cards and use the new autopay feature to register for subsequent renewal payments.

Through this the policyholders can enable automated payment transactions for their premiums through International Credit Cards, thereby eliminating manual transactions and preventing unintentional lapses in renewal dues.

Talking about the development, Rajesh Krishnan, Chief Operations and Customer Experience Officer at Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance, said, "At Bajaj Allianz Life, we prioritize customer experience, recognizing the unique challenges NRIs face in managing their life insurance premiums in India. The introduction of our auto-pay offering through International Credit Card represents another stride towards ensuring a seamless experience for our valued NRI customer base."

"Furthermore, this initiative underscores our commitment to leading industry innovations, continuously addressing the evolving needs of our NRI customer base through proactive solutions driven by cutting-edge technology. By prioritizing customer-centricity, we aim not only to meet but exceed the expectations of our policyholders, supporting them in achieving their life goals effortlessly,” he added.
