Vodafone Idea shares slip as telecom firm is set to discuss fund raising plans
The telecom firm on February 22 informed that it would held a Board of Directors meeting on February 27 to discuss fund raising plans through rights issue, further public offer, private placement including preferential allotment, qualified institutions placement, and other means.
Vodafone Idea Share Price: Vodafone Idea's stock was trading down on Tuesday (February 27, 2024) on a day when its Board of Directors are set to discuss the fund raising plans.
The stock of the telecom company was trading lower by 1.07 per cent, or Rs 0.18, at Rs 16.69 at 10:47 am on Tuesday.
The stock that closed at Rs 16.87 on Monday evening began the trading session on Tuesday at Rs 17.10 and hit the day's high of Rs 17.14.
