Vedanta shares rise after miner strikes bulk deal with promoter Finsider International
Vedantas promoter, Finsider International Company Ltd, sold 6.55 crore shares, or 1.76 per cent of its stake, at Rs 265.14 per share. The deal is estimated to be Rs 1737.16 crore.
Vedanta Share Price: Vedanta shares got a boost in morning deals on BSE on Friday (February 16, 2024) after bulk deal with its promoter Finsider International Company Ltd.
The stock of the mining firm was up by 0.41 per cent, or Rs 1.10. at Rs 269.10 at 10:24 am on Friday.

Vedanta's promoter, Finsider International Company Ltd, sold 6.55 crore of its shares, or 1.76 per cent stake, at Rs 265.14 per share.
The deal is estimated to be Rs 1737.16 crore.
After the deal, the promoter's stake in Vedanta has been reduced to 2.64 per cent from 4.40 per cent.
