Top Gainers and Losers: Indian equity benchmarks Sensex and Nifty ended yet another volatile session on Friday in the green — rising for a second straight day, propped up by buying interest in financial and metal shares amid strength in global equities. The Sensex closed with a gain of 355.1 points or 0.6 per cent at 57,989.9 and the Nifty added 114.5 points or 0.7 per cent to settle at 17,100.
