Dividend-paying IT stocks: IT bellwether Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is set to kick-start a new earnings season for India Inc. by reporting its Q4 results this week. The majority of tech players have declared their Q4 result dates and proposed dividend rewards—check out the details.

TCS—India's largest IT firm and the second-largest company in terms of the market share—will kick-start the Q4 earnings season on April 12, Friday, with its last quarter financial results for FY24.

Along with the results, the TCS board of directors will also consider the final dividend, if any, on the equity shares of the company for the fiscal year.

Infosys dividend

Infosys will announce its Q4 results on April 18. Infosys' board will also recommend a final dividend for the financial year ending March 31, 2024.

Persistent Systems dividend

Persistent Systems has rescheduled its Q4 results date to April 21. Also, the board of Persistent Systems has announced the proposal for a dividend payout.

LTTS dividend

L&T Group-backed LTTS, which is scheduled to declare its Q4 earnings report on April 25, will also recommend a final dividend, if any, on the equity shares of the company for the financial year ended March 31, 2024. 

Tech Mahindra dividend

Mahindra Group-backed IT flagship company, Tech Mahindra's board, will announce its Q4 results on April 25. The Tech Mahindra board will also recommend the final dividend, if any, for the financial year ending on March 31, 2024.

HCL Tech dividend

HCL Technologies, the third-largest IT company in India, has announced that the board meeting is scheduled for April 25 and 26, 2024, to consider Q4 financial results. The company also announced that it would consider the payment of an interim dividend for FY25.

Coforge dividend

The Coforge board will meet on May 2, 2024, to release the IT firm's Q4 results. The board of directors of Coforge will also be considering the proposal for the payment of an interim dividend, if any, for the Financial Year 2023-24 and will determine the record date for the interim dividend, if approved.
