Stocks to watch on Monday, March 18: At 8:26 am, Gift Nifty futures traded with a cut of 0.21 per cent or 46.7 points, at 22,086.5, indicating a subdued opening for the markets. Equity benchmark indices declined nearly 1 per cent on Friday after a day's breather amid weak global market trends and foreign fund outflows.

Tata Power, Waree Renewable, and other solar companies: The rooftop solar scheme is getting an immense response. As per the Zee Business research team's inputs, over 1 crore households have shown interest in the scheme in 20 days.

HUDCO: In a board meeting on March 20, the company will consider raising funds through the issue of bonds or debentures up to Rs 40,000 crore. The board will also consider an increase in the overall borrowing limit to Rs 1,50,000 crore from the existing limit of Rs 1,00,000 crore. 

Premier Explosive: The company received approval for setting up a Defence Explosives, Raw Materials, and Ammunition Plant in three phases in the Rayagada district with an investment of about Rs 864.00 crore.

BEL: The company declared a second interim dividend of Rs 0.70 for Rs 1 each, fully paid up for the financial year 2023–24.

Juniper Hotels: The company will release its Q3 results on Monday. 

REC: The company's board will consider dividends in a meeting on March 16. 

ONGC, RIL, and Oil India: The centre has raised the windfall tax on crude petroleum by Rs 300 per tonne. For ATF, petrol, and diesel, the windfall tax gains will be nil. The new rates are effective March 16.

Shipping Corporation of India: Shares of Shipping Corporation of India Land and Assets will be listed on March 19. The stock will be there in the trade-to-trade settlement for 10 days.

Lupin: The USFDA has completed the inspection at the company's Aurangabad facility with one observation.

Coforge: The company's board has given the go-ahead for launching the QIP to raise a sum of Rs 3200 crore.
