Stocks to watch on Friday, April 12:  The Gift Nifty futures at around 8:12 am traded lower by 149.9 points at 22,662.5 points, indicating a subdued opening for the markets. Benchmark Sensex climbed 354.5 points to close above the 75,000 mark for the first time, while broader Nifty added 111.1 points to settle at a record 22,753.8 on Wednesday amid gains in FMCG, energy, and metal shares.

Oil India: A leakage incident was reported at the X-Mass tree of well No. BGN#24, located at Dighaltarang Tea Estate in the Tinsukia district of Assam, and brought under control. 

Dr Reddy's Laboratories: The company launched the drug-free, non-invasive migraine management device Nerivio in Europe. 

Wipro: The IT firm appointed Malay Joshi as Chief Executive Officer for Americas 1 Strategic Market Unit.

PVR Inox: The company opened a nine-screen multiplex at Forum Mall in Kochi, Kerala.

L&T: Engineering major Larsen & Toubro (L&T) has announced the completion of the divestment of L&T Infrastructure Development Projects Limited (LTIDPL), a joint venture of Larsen & Toubro Limited and Canada Pension Plan Investment Board (CPP Investments) holding 51 per cent and 49 per cent shares, respectively.

M&M: Mahindra & Mahindra received an order from the Punjab Pollution Control Board in which observations were raised for non-compliance with certain provisions of the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 (‘Act’) including the consent to operate granted under the said Act. The company is directed to submit a Bank Guarantee (‘BG’) amounting to Rs 50 lakh within seven days of receipt of the order.

Varun Beverages: Pepsico bottler Varun Beverages announced plans to buy stakes in Huoban Energy 11 and Aspirative Creative Ventures. The company will invest up to 14 per cent stakes each in Capital of Huoban Energy 11 Private Limited and Aspirative Creative Ventures.

Vodafone Idea:  The RHP for the company's Rs 18,000 crore FPO has been given a nod. The follow-on offer will run between April 18 and April 22, 2024.

Metropolis: The company's core business revenue growth has been at 15 per cent on year in Q4, while B2C revenue growth has logged 18 per cent growth. The company has attained the status of debt free entit

Phoenix Mills: CLSA has maintained its outperform call with a raised target of Rs 3403 as against Rs 2825 earlier.

Sun Pharma: The USFDA has inspected the company's Dadra facility, and the company, post-inspection, has received the status of OAI (Official Action Indicated).

Tata Motors: The company's subsidiary has inked an agreement for better EV charging infrastructure in the country. 

UNO Minda: The company organised a function for installing a green field alloy wheel plant worth Rs 542 crore.

Maharashtra Seamless: The company has received an order worth Rs 674 crore from ONGC, for which the timeline of execution is set at 44 weeks.

Zaggle Prepaid: The company has inked an agreement with  Yokohama India for two years time. For the employees of Yokohama, the company has formed an agreement in respect of Zaggle Save. 

Protean eGov: 360 ONE Special Opportunities Fund and IIFL Special Opportunities Fund together sold 21.48 lakh (5.31%) at an average price of Rs 1,120 per share.

TCS: The IT behemoth will be coming up with its March quarter earnings.

Anand Rathi: The company, in its board meeting slated for today, will deliberate over the quarterly financial results in addition to share buyback.
