PNB Housing Finance: The NBFC stock will trade ex-rights issue on April 5. Its rights is set to open on April 13 and close on April 27, at an issue price of Rs 275 apiece. 

ONGC, Oil India: The government removed a windfall tax on domestically-produced crude oil, and halved it on diesel exports. Analysts say stocks such as ONGC, Oil India, Reliance and Nayara Energy are likely to be in focus. 

Shri Keshav Cements EGM: Shri Keshav Cements & Infra's extraordinary general meeting (EGM) will trade ex-date on April 5. The EGM will be held on April 12. 

Dhampur Sugar Mills dividend: The sugar company has announced a whopping 60 per cent dividned i.e., a dividend of Rs 6 with a face value of Rs 10. Dhampur Sugar Mills has decided its record date as April 18.

As India Inc prepares for the corporate earnings season, a few companies have come out with their quarterly updates: 

  • Vedanta total aluminum production up at 574 KT in Q4 vs 572 KT a year ago; alumina production down 18 per cent at 411 KT
  • Hindustan Zinc mined metals output up two per cent at 301 KT
  • Marico Q4 consolidated earnings growth in low single digits in Q4; mid-single-digit growth in business volumes 
  • Indian Oil refinery processed up from 67.67 MT in FY23 to 74.4 MT; liquid pipelines grow from 83.25 MT to 94.7 MT
