Pharmaceutical company Sanofi India's board on Friday, February 23, declared an interim dividend of Rs 50 per equity share of the face value of Rs 10 each.

The board of the drug maker fixed March 7 as the record date for the interim dividend, according to a regulatory filing post-market hours.

The company said the interim dividend will be paid on or after March 20, the filing added.

The company's board also recommended a final dividend of Rs 117 per equity share of the face value of Rs 10 each for the year ended December 31, 2023. The pharma firm follows a January-December financial year.  

It announced May 3 as the record date for the final dividend.  

The final dividend was subject to the approval of shareholders at the company's ensuing 68th annual general meeting (AGM).
