Cochin Shipyard Dividend 2024, PSU Dividend Stock: Shares of Cochin Shipyard, a fully-owned Government of India company, are trading ex-dividend today i.e. February 12. The government-run company has announced a second interim dividend for FY24.

The PSU has announced a dividend of Rs 3.50 or 70 per cent per equity share to its investors. 

Cochin Shipyard's dividend yield is more than 1 per cent.

"...declared 02nd Interim Dividend of Rs. 3.50 per equity share of the face value of Rs. 5 each fully paid-up (70%) for the financial year ending March 31, 2024," the company said in an exchange filing.

Cochin Shipyard Dividend 2024 Payment Date

Cochin Shipyard has informed the exchanges the dividend will be paid to eligible shareholders on or before February 28.

"The aforesaid interim dividend shall be paid to the eligible shareholders on or before February 28, 2024," it said in a regulatory filing.

Cochin Shipyard Dividend History

Earlier to this, the company paid an interim dividend of Rs 8 in 2023. It paid dividends thrice in 2023.
