Prataap Snacks Share Price: Prataap Snacks soared over 13 per cent in morning deals on BSE on Thursday (February 22, 2024) after reports that ITC could buy a 47 per cent stake in the company.

The stock of Prataap Snacks ended the trading session on Thursday higher by 4.46 per cent, or Rs 52.35, at Rs 1226.80. 

After closing at Rs 1174.45 a day before, the Prataap Snacks stock started its trading journey on Thursday at Rs 1273.95 to hit the day's high of Rs 1336.40, a 13.79 per cent increase from its previous close. 

There are reports that the ITC group can purchase a 47 per cent stake of Prataap Snacks from Peak XV Partners. 

Earlier, Haldiram also tried to purchase a stake in Prataap Snacks, but the deal didn't materialise due to valuation mismatch.

Zee Business could not independently verify the reports of ITC purchasing a stake in Prataap Snacks.

Prataap Snacks' 52-week high is Rs 1450.00, while its 52-week low is Rs 662.00.

Meanwhile, ITC shares were trading higher by 0.55 per cent, or Rs 2.20, at Rs 405.50 each.
