PSU dividend stock, PFC dividend 2024 record date: Power Finance Corporation (PFC), the state-owned firm, announced its third interim dividend of Rs 3 per equity share of the face value of Rs 10 each for the financial year 2023–24. The announcement was made on Monday.
"The Board of Directors of Power Finance Corporation Ltd. in its meeting held today, i.e. 11.03.2024, has, inter alia, considered and approved as follows:
Declaration of third interim dividend @Rs 3.00 (Rupee Three Only) per equity share (subject to deduction of TDS) on the face value of the paid-up equity of Rs 10/- each for the FY 2023-24," the PSU informed the exchanges through a filing dated March 11 post-market hours.
PFC dividend 2024 record date
The board of the large-cap firm has fixed Friday, March 22, as the record date.
"Further, it is to inform that 22nd March, 2024 (Friday) shall be reckoned as the Record Date for the purpose of ascertaining the eligibility of shareholders for payment of the third interim dividend for FY 2023–24, the filing added.

The payment of the interim dividend shall be on or before April 10.

PFC posted an over 20 per cent rise in its consolidated net profit to Rs 6,294.44 crore in the December quarter, on the back of higher revenues. Total income in the quarter rose to Rs 23,593.40 crore from Rs 19,662.65 crore registered in the same period a year ago.
