Stocks to watch today: GIFT Nfity futures, an early indicator of the headline Nifty50 index, were up 65 points, or 0.3 per cent, at 22,516.5 in early hours on Monday, suggesting a mildly positive start ahead on Dalal Street. In a special trading session on Saturday, March 2, conducted to test stock exchanges' preparedness to handle major disruption or failure at the primary site, both headline indices, Sensex and Nifty50, registered record peaks.

The Sensex rose 60.8 points, or 0.1 per cent, to end at 73,806.2 and the Nifty50 settled at 22,378.4, up 39.7 points, or 0.2 per cent, from its previous close.

APL Apollo Tubes: The company has received a GST tax notice amounting to Rs 16.86 crore, including tax, interest, and penalty.

MOIL: The company has achieved its best-ever February production of 1.51 lakh tonnes of manganese, up 15 per cent on a year-on-year basis.

Trent: The company's fashion-focused store Westside plans expansion and the addition of new outlets in the new financial year.

Info Edge: The company's Naukri Mobile app as well as 99 acres have been reinstated on the Google Play Store.

Nazara Technologies: The company's board has approved the allotment of 28.67 lakh shares at a price of Rs 872.15 per share. The price is decided at a premium of 13.7 per cent in comparison to the current market price.

Godrej Properties: The company, in a profit-sharing model, has signed an agreement to develop a township on 62 acres of land. 

Signature Global: The company will launch a premium housing development project in Gurugram. Additionally, the company has announced pre-formal launch sales of Rs 3,600 crore.

Gujarat Ambuja: The company at its Malda facility has started the 120 TPD liquid glucose unit. 

NTPC: PM will lay the foundation for various projects worth Rs 30,023 crore today.

Tata Steel, SAIL, and other steel stocks will gain focus. CLSA has downgraded a host of steel stocks. Tata Steel has been downgraded to sell from the earlier underperform rating.
