Infosys Q4 results date: Infosys (INFY) — India's second largest IT company — is all set to report its quarterly financial results next week. The incoming corporate earnings report will detail the IT giant's financial performance in the final quarter of the year ended March 2023.

The Q4 results of Bengaluru-based Infosys come at a time when IT companies are struggling to protect their margins owing to higher employee costs in a bid to tackle sticky levels of attrition across the Indian IT industry. 

Infosys Q4 results: When will Infy report its financial results for the January-March 2023 period?

The IT major is due to report its financial results for the current quarter on April 13, according to a regulatory filing last month. 

The Infosys board will meet on this day to approve and take on record the financial results for the three-month period. 

Infosys will also hold a call with analysts on April 13 to discuss the Q4 as well as the full-year results, as well as its business outlook. 

Will Infosys also announce a dividend?

 According to the regulatory filing, dated March 14, the company's board will meet on April 12 and April 13 to "recommend a final dividend for the financial year ending March 31, 2023".

Infosys results: How did the IT major fare in the third quarter of 2022-23? 

Infosys reported 9.4 per cent sequential growth in net profit to Rs 6,586 crore for the quarter ended December 2022, in line with analysts' estimates. The company's management raised its revenue guidance and reported improvement on the attrition front. Its revenue increased 4.9 per cent to Rs 38,318 crore compared with the previous quarter, according to a regulatory filing. 

According to Zee Business research, Infosys was estimated to report a net profit of Rs 6,580 crore for the quarter ended December, and revenue of Rs 37,920 crore. 

Infosys raised its revenue growth guidance to 16.0-16.5 per cent for the year ending March 2023 from 15-16 per cent. Read more on Infosys Q3 results

As of March 29, Infosys shares have lost 8.9 per cent of their value on a year-on-year basis, worse than a 6.1 per cent fall in the Nifty headline index.
