HUDCO Dividend 2024 Record Date, HUDCO Dividend Payment Date: Housing and Urban Development Corporation Ltd (HUDCO) has announced an interim dividend of Rs 1.50 or 15 per cent per equity share for the financial year 2023-24.

“The Board of Directors in their meeting held on 20" March, 2024 i.e., today, has approved the declaration of Interim Dividend for the financial year 2023-24 15%, Rs. 1.50 per equity share of Rs. 10/- each,” the company said in the statement.

HUDCO Dividend 2024 Payment Date

The company said that the process of payment of interim dividend would be completed within 30 days of its declaration.

The PSU firm has already announced the record date for determining the eligibility of the shareholders for the payment of interim dividends if announced by the company. According to the company, March 29 will be the record date. However, it is subject to the approval of the board of directors.
