According to an exchange filing, the Bengaluru headquartered company would pay dividend to its shareholderd if approved by the board.

The filing said that March 25 has been fixed as the record date for determining the eligibility of shareholders for the payment of dividend amount.
"We would like to inform you that the Record Date for the purpose of ascertaining the eligibility of the shareholder for payment of Second Interim Dividend on Equity Shares of the Company for the Financial Year 2022-23, if declared, will be Saturday, the 25th March, 2023," the filing said.
